Curio was taken in by the Geo-Xeno Drug Syndicate as a child. Discriminated against by practically all of his comrades, he made it his mission to rise through the ranks and prove all who ever hurt him wrong. Parox took notice and eventually made him his second in command. However Curio didn't want to stop and conspired against Parox for control of the (G.X.D.S.). A conflict that ended in Curios defeat but he still managed to escape. Once Crystine Shepard killed Parox, Geo-Xenos backbone had been broken. However this gave Curio and opportunity to reestablish and reorganize it from the shadows. Fifteen years later, after the existence of reapers had been exposed, Curio sought the knowledge and power the reapers possessed and studied the Collectors in hopes that they would lead him to the reapers. His drive paid off and he met Harbinger who gave him the knowledge and power he had always been searching for in exchange for eternal service to the reapers. After being killed by Shepard and her team, Curio was brought back from death by Wraith and hunted Shepard down, only to be shot by Lieutenant Gericault. Shepard spared his life this time around and he provided Shepard with valuable information on Wraiths plan. He is currently a prisoner of the Alliance as the Salvation War wages on.
